I read your description about A figure wearing all black hide or leather armour is riding a black horse. The figure is female but you cannot see their face because it is obscured by a hood. She is raising a sword and pointing it at a very big dragon (at least 2x size of horse). The dragon is mostly off to the side of the picture. There doesn't have to be much dragon, just enough to make it clear it's big and a dragon. The background is fire (doesn't have to be high quality). It will be done as per your requirement.
