Instrument industrial design engineer

I have over 30 years of design experience and I have been a Solidworks certified professional since 2007. I can design this tube heater for you to be similar, or different from this supplied image. I have some questions about the project if you would like to arrange a chat. Are all the tubes heated at the same temp or do they individually vary in temperature? Can the screen unit in the background of the image be incorporated into the base unit, and become an all in one unit? In the past it has taken 12 to 13 days to complete a project of this scope. So the cap is 100 hours. If it goes beyond this time, there will be no addition charge. Deliverables: 3D models of all non standard parts DFM, and 2D manufacturing drawings. All sub-assemblies along with exploded 2D drawings. Detailed parts list of all standard parts, suppliers, catalogue numbers, + links. The PCB boards, Gerber files, and 3D models. A PDF describing the function of the unit. It's always safe to go with experience. Thank you Michael A
