1000 PR5+ backlinks from american web sites, .COM domains only.

I am interested in getting 1000 PR5 and higher backlinks to my web site. - No directory sites. - All must be unique IP addresses. - .COM domains only. - We need 1000 backlinks. We will provide specific keywords and corresponding URLs, all coming from the same site. - 500 PR6+ backlinks. Some websites to have PR7 and PR8. As many PR9 & 10 as/if possible - all backlinks must be "do follow" and all on different IP addresses! - Only backlinks from English Websites and exclusively from UK and Germany. - Links are not to be spammy. - No link farms accepted. - The page where the link is placed on must be minimum PR6 or above. - One link per domain will be counted so 1000 links must come from different domains. - Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, msn and yahoo within last 30 days. - Link page must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices. - Page should not be excluded by [login to view URL] and anchor text must not have nofollow tag. - No links from under construction pages. - No sites which ask for money later. - No article directory sites. - No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING. - No blog comment spamming, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups. - No link from: torrent sites, file sharing forums guestbooks, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or black hat sites. - All links must be One way non-reciprocal links. Preferably from relevant websites. - Links must be static html links. Including the target keywords I provide in anchor text. - Links must be permanent, active, never expiring. - Links must be in text, no graphics. - No use of blackhat software. Seriously, you know what I mean. You must build links manually (Like 50 a Day) and spread them over at minimum of 20 days. - Staggered deployment of the links is required over 20 days to avoid any penalties. Payment will be made after I have received the spreadsheet and verified each link. - You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheet: Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address as well as the date placed. - We reserve the right to reject links if they do not meet the guidelines. Milestone will be made upon project completion and confirmation. I'll be released 30 days after the project is completed and the full report is delivered (to ensure the validity of the links). - Guarantee that each backlink will be permanent with the same URL for a minimum of 6 months. - Backlink info must be entered online. The URL for posting the backlinks will be provided, if you are selected. - ***All backlinks will be checked automatically daily for 6 months*** - Any backlink that fails during this period must be replaced at no charge or the original cost refunded. - Payment after each on third of the total backlinks have been created, and have been checked and verified. - No Escrow. - Final payment will be made after all backlinks have be created that meet the above criteria Please read the above terms carefully.
