This is a SEM PPC campaign for a Property Development company in Melbourne, Australia
We looking for someone who can
1. quickly set-up and launch SEM PPC campaign (launch the campaign before Monday next week.)
2. refined/manage the campaign for for 30 days
3. set up trackable goals to capture leads generated / enquiries / chat session / phone calls made
4. We would like weekly summary updates and a report at the end of the 30 days.

I do want to increase traffic and I want to be able to attract –
1. Wealthy Residents that are searching for someone to assist them with their landholdings by undertaking development analysis
2. Asian Developers new to town to get a handle on the local market.
3. Investors considering joint ventures or Investment in property development projects and wanting someone to independently assess the development/investment risk
