International ethnotherapist is searching for the personal assistant in Brazil.
There are 2 areas of work. The first priority (70-90 %) 1/ contracting and hiring companies that will execute the project 2/ finding freelancers or short term specialists for the project The project has 2 goals 1- organise online promotion of the ethnotherapist in the country 2- help with book promotion and international charity projects Second priority (no more than 30% of the job) 1/ answering emails from clients 2/ short translation of letters, texts, articles, mailings etc. 3/ design of broshures, adverts, putting logos on pictures 5/ travel management - booking tickets, etc. 7/ managing contact list, adding new people to the database
***Language skills*** PORTUGESE (fluent or native) and ENGLISH are required.
*** Work experience required***
1/Contracting, negotiating with marketing and promotion agencies or working experience in this fields
2/ IMPORTANT ! Experience with
2.1 website development (understanding of technical requirements for websites, landing pages and online shops)
