Description: High performing, highly driven, self motivated commission only tele sales staff required ASAP. Approved Property Group are searching for the best and brightest virtual telesales professionals from around the globe that specialise in generating and closing deals. This job is 100% commission based. You will only be paid if the lead/prospect/partner you submit leads to a successful sale or if you directly close the deal. This position pays commission only however you will be paid ongoing commission for the lifetime of the client. If you bring on a new investor or a new business partner for example you will be paid a residual monthly % of all income generated from that client. We specialise in finding and managing Serviced Accommodation. We provide a home from home experience rivalling hotels. We are looking for the following new clients: Corporate/Business clients who book and stay in one of our beautiful apartments, daily, monthly or yearly. Investors to help with our growth and partner programmes. Franchisees looking to start in this lucrative sector. Our price points start from £150 - £20,000. Successful candidates will be paid 10% of any fee income that they generate and 3% of all monthly residual billed from any client they bring on board. This will be a mixture of cold calling and warm prospects supplied by us through our marketing activities/lead generation.
