I'm the CEO of a UK Limited Company. We are a SaaS company and have just launched this month.
We have built a CRM product which also comes with 2 other key tools.
I am looking to bring on a marketing/sales person, someone who can help drive leads to the site which in turn convert into paying customers.
What I'm offering is 3 shares in the company which equates to 2.91% equity. And after a few months once the business scales up the opportunity to receive a small but regular salary for your marketing efforts. The salary is dependent on what the business is earning each month but what I can assure you is as the business revenue grows and once we can afford it then your salary with go up regularly in line with growth.
Also as a shareholder there is the opportunity to receive yearly dividends which is a lump sum of money based of your equity stake that might get paid out to all shareholders when the company can afford it.
There will be opportunities long term once the business can afford it to join us for company retreats and get together's.
The company has 2 other shareholders in the company.
If we bring on other shareholders in the future I must point out that all shareholders will have to play apart in dropping their equity to bring on another shareholder.
I need a marketer who has experience in all areas of sales and marketing but is particularly good at using unpaid marketing/sales techniques to drive revenue. This is most important as we do not have a marketing budget to begin with.
Skills and requirements I am looking for in a Sales/Marketer are:

15. Spit testing ads and design of ads that convert
16. Experience with video to capture leads.
17. Cold Calling
18. Reaching out to businesses via email
19. Using other techniques like using website platforms to seek out leads
20. Getting people to write articles about us.
21. Experience with promotions, campaigns, messages.
23. Social Media
24. Article writing
25. keyword Analysis
26. Crucially must work well within the company.
I'm asking a lot of commitment but in return good equity and also a regular salary.
If I choose someone I need that person to get results very quickly. This will need to be a multi approach with the need to bring on 25 to 100 customers a month each month in the first year.
I'm looking for someone to be commit to be involved day to day over the next 3 years at least. So I need you to be committed to working for the company. After 3 years if you don't want to be involved in the day to day side of things then that's fine, you will still be a shareholder and will also be eligible for yearly dividends if we were as a company to pay that out.
Also you would always be welcome to attend company events etc.
