Need Help Selling My Houses

I'm a real estate investor who buys and sells houses and I need someone to talk to our buyer leads and help sell our properties. You do not need a real estate license for this job, but it's helpful if you have one. You don't need a lot of experience, but the more you know about working with buyers, the better. You need to be willing to learn seller financing if you don't already know it. I rarely work with conventional financing and finance most of my properties myself. I will provide you with good buyer leads, but I expect them to be followed up on properly. The areas I mainly work in are: > North Jersey > Central New Jersey You do not have to go to the houses to show them. Most of your work is done over the phone talking to potential Buyers, qualifying them and helping them schedule a time to get into the house. We have someone local to show the properties. Although you may only be working 10 hours a week, those hours are often split up quite a bit. We get calls about our houses at different times. Those leads will be emailed to you as soon as they come in and our goal for you is to get back to these potential buyer leads very quickly. This is a very important part of the job. We find that if we don't return calls quickly, we lose the lead. You will be calling these leads back through our remote, online phone system, so your location doesn't matter as long as you have a reliable internet connection. Also, at the end of each day, we ask that you send our admin person information about each lead you talked to and how the conversation went so we can put them in our system for follow up.
