Considering having someone in the office but I think this can work better remotely. We are an accounting/tax/law practice in New York. Need help with: Collecting receivables via phone and email Managing due dates and flow of work in the following areas: Tax returns, legal projects, bookkeeping, payroll Manage in house administrative tasks and deadlines Assisting with our weekly marketing email campaigns. Do you have people/companies who can help us? Helps if person has a big picture understanding of what we do and why we need their help. A company preferred so if a person quits or goes on vacation someone will fill in for them.

I am a Qualified Cost Accountant FCMA, with more than 20 years of work experience in the field of Accounts, Costing, Taxation and Audit. However, that was some 10 years back and need to update US taxation now. I had been to Irvine, Orange county for training in US Indirect tax as well but my core area of practice has always been accounts. I have a small team of 4 people and can handle such tasks. I have laptop, desktop and 24*7 internet broadband connection as well. Since the present project is similar to my present work profile I feel I am best suited for this kind of job.
