Hola mi propuesta seria dividida entre varias secciones: 1- Definir los requisitos del proyecto. 2- Hacer el modelado de la base de datos. 3- Desarrollo de la API. 4- Desarrollo de la aplicación mobile. 5- Pruebas de caja negra y blanca. 6- El despliegue de la aplicacion en el servidor o en cloud si es requerido. 7- Pruebas en ambiente de producción.
