An app is required which is provided via the Apple App Store.
The project is only successfully completed when the app has been accepted by Apple in the AppStore.
The app is for a call center. This call center offer a service as a secretary.
The app should include the following functions:
- New customers should be able to register
- Registered customers shall be able to log in
- Customers should then enter information there via forms in the login area - this information should then be sent to us via email only. No interfaces or other further processing. There should be three pages with one form each - whenever this form is filled in, the data should be sent to us as an e-mail.
We then want to take calls for the customers. Our agents document the call. This must then be displayed to the customer via app as a message in the login area. So users of the app need to be able to receive the phone notes that are recorded for them. When such a message is received, the user should receive a push notification.
First 10% from order value to start
Another 20% from the order value upon completion of the beta version.
Another 20% when a final version is available
