iPhone Clock-IN/OUT, picture & Location to mySQL database

I am looking for a simple Clock-IN and Clock-OUT iPhone 6 & iPAD mini app. The mySQL database will be on website. 1- First View: Live Clock (large digits) and four buttons (small/average size) a) Clock-IN b) Clock-OUT c) Start Break d) End Break 2- Second View: when press any button show the keypad to ask for 4 digit PIN - PINs need to confirm from mySQL database. - error messages ("Incorrect PIN", "PIN is not Active") 4- Third View: if PIN is in USER group then, show Name and auto get picture from camera and ask to confirm (auto log in 5 second) / not confirm (Not Me!) 5- store Clock IN/OUT time or Start/End break , image and Current Location to mySQL database. if User not Clock-IN in morning and User press Clock-OUT , then it show error "You were not clocked-IN today, are you sure to clock-OUT Yes / No " The Code need to be develop in latest XCode and Swift. Is it spoosible to store clock-IN & Breaks record in local databse (on tablet/phone for last 3 month [no pictures] ) and all Clock-IN & Breaks record to mySQL website database ? in case if User has no WiFi connectivity then store data localy, once User have WiFi connectivity then sync online with mySQL ! just require basic Screen View & blue square buttons. please give me total price, not a price to start a bid. as I explained the requirement.
