The kind of person who still does something they have to accomplish even though they're tired, going through something mentally no matter the circumstances! Moral Ethics - Also, one requirement is that you must have business morals and ethics! Deadlines Driven - I'm a very strict boss; I live by deadlines; when I set it, it needs to be done! I live by one motto "how you do one thing is, how you do everything," so if you're the type of person who half-asses everything, this relationship will not end well; I can promise you that now! I want someone who is actually reading all this, not just skimming through it; they need to be willing to put in an incredible amount of effort into everything they do! Apps & Games - Types of projects you'll be creating are apps and games! You need to be proficient in both development fields! I want an all-around developer! Apps will need to be made for IOS & Andriod! Coding Languages - Must be proficient in Java, OBJ C, Swift, & C++! Must be proficient in Unity Or Unreal Engine to develop games.
