Development .NET (WCF)/Eclipse Web Service Classes from XSD file with CIM Model (Common Info Model)

Se necesita de un experto en desarrollo de web services con integraciones a buses de datos con la capacidad de realizar un web service (generar las clases correspondientes en c# .NET WCF ó java Eclipse) a partir de un archivo XSD existente y definido por el modelo CIM y lograr las cardinalidades indicadas en el mismo. Lo más importante es lograr una cardinalidad principal de (1-*) de uno a infinito del elemento principal (Callbacks) y luego las cardinalidades de los elementos secundarios. La validación será una vez generada las clases y el web service, generar el archivo wsdl del mismo y proceder a revisar los xsd imports que deberian ser iguales al XSD original.
