Dear customer, as I'm experienced with Socket connections - especially with netty, this should be simple task which could be finished intraday. I'd develop a simple Java FX interface for client purpose and if needed a database connection in the server socket in order to save the registered username and password. The sockets would be simple java sockets. In order to check if the file transfer was successful I'd check the md5 hash of both files. Please join the chat to discuss your project.
