Having a Automation Pipeline that will integrate Selenium w/Jenkins to TestRails and Confluence (Atlassian)

I am looking to create a automation flow that will integrate our Jenkins/Selenium test to TestRails , which a Web based test tools. The Results of TestRails would then link to Confluence
1. Create Java based Selenium Framework
2. Configure Framework on Jenkins
3. Execute Jenkins and ensure Selenium framework is connected to TestRails via API
4. Results from TestRails would be connected via API
