I propose a Java solution built on top of my own OpenMana NLP Tool (patented technology). I can offer the OpenMana NLP Tool on either a life-time license or on SaaS basis (pay as you use). The OpenMana NLP Tool is strong in both NLU (understanding) and NLG (text generation) functions. It can keep building knowledge by reading raw (un-annotated) NL-text. It has a knowledge management framework. Structured information is extracted from unstructured text and stored in the format provided by the knowledge management framework.
