I'm looking for a creating a PL/SQL procedure for data migration from one database to another using DB links. This procedure should dynamically read the source and target tables names and column names from a file and generate the insert statements. Also, it should be able to generate the transformation/ business logic if any from the file and include that as well in the query. If needed, Java or Python can be used to achieve this along with PL/SQL.
