Hi, Thanks for sharing both the excel files. you've mentioned that there will be 2-4 actions for each player. I assume if one action is chosen the same action can't be chosen again. What is the end goal? Should the program consider each combination and display the payoff for each 62208 different combinations? Or will the combinations be given as input and we should show the payoff?

Do you want this to be done in C#, for example, or to get Excel table with payoff matrix including macro that generate payoff matrix?
