JavaScript Animation

Hello freelancers! Need a professional JavaScript coder to make animation which will be used in WEB project and works under iOS/Android devices. Kids stories - will be a web version of book for kids. Imagine web site looks as real book with interesting story, and 3-4 elements on page animated. We can not use any animation which use flash player....So it should be build using JS/HTML5. Animation are simple, for example shaking tree, sun smile...... At this stage I already have some work from designer - but it is in .swf format. As your bid I would like to see answers to questions: 1) Did you have similar tasks in past? Let me see example of your work, please. 2) Do you able to do this using for example this javascript library for implementing animations - [login to view URL] ? Or which way will you choose? 3) What should be done by designer for you? Can you use already created slides (swf format)? Or need any another format? Or need create design again? Scope for this project - 10 slides with 3-4 animation per slide. Let me know how many will be cost for this job...
