Hey there Seems to be a very basic Skill, hope you have Amazon account of your own. Let me know if you still need that Skill to be developed for you , it only requires few lines of code as you already have RSS feed and pod cast up on server. so you just need to pass server path and integrate it with Alexa skill. It's easy pissy. :)
