I need someone to get me past a few obstacles in my journey to learn QGIS. One is dealing w/ the Time Manager plugin in QGIS. Second is w/ the layer attribute table view. If there is time, educate me on the best way to publish maps to the web in your opinion. This could be completed in as little as 15 minutes if some of the questions are easy to address. But, may take longer if extensive troubleshooting is required. I'd like to have a Skype screen share call, during EST hours, where you could help me using my install of QGIS.

To be honest this was the problem I faced when I began learning QGIS, I had problem with adding plugins to publish web Map, it sucks when you are not getting it. let me know if you want me to take you through this, I've been there I know how it is and I can help you.
