Watermarking Solution

I work as staff analyst in the Middle East and the company I work for uses PDF files most of the time. Management had asked me to see if possible to automate a task we often do to streamline our operations. Here is the scenario: A PDF document with hundreds of pages must be watermark with the name and network ID of intended recipient then printed. The document is closed without saving, reopens, put in the watermark of another user and then printed. This cycle is repeated several times. Objective: • The solution must be easy to use, intuitive and does not require admin privileges on the machine since this is restricted by our IT department • Ability to choose the target printer at the time of printing. The print dialog box must be run once and the program must use the same printer settings on next batch of printing • The text that will appear as watermark must come from a file preferably created from notepad • Two applications will be open at the time of printing, the PDF document and the list of texts that will appear as watermark. Watermark must also have the computer timestamp (date and time) when printed.
