I have a very complicated project. I need some assistance in building a website that acts as a calculator for a complicated video game I play. To explain what I am looking for in game we use an API (I have both github files) that tells us what is happening in real time on the map. [login to view URL] I want to be able to use a version of this website created by the developers (and we have permission to modify) where I can zoom in on a select location and place a marker then begin calculating. The game uses a very complicated artillery system in the game (I have developed a sequence of math equations that would need to be coded, see FIG 1,2) From a design and build aspect I want the end user to be able to click 3 points on the map (Arty position, Spotter position, and Target) then enter the wind direction from a dropdown menu (N,NE,E,SE,S,SW,W,NW | I have different math for each wind, equation and example of a NE wind is provided) and lastly enter the speed from a dropdown (Low, Med, High) then it calculates where the arty gun should fire using the wind mechanic to push it on target. I also have my logo and other design elements I would like to add to use as a marketing tool to push more viewers to my Twitch/Youtube pages. Things that will make this project complicated: 1. I want to add gridlines to the API used in the website posted above (See Fig 3). This will be complicated because of the large scale map these grids are not perfectly even between maps (FIG 3. shows where the grids begin so they would need to be extrapolated throughout the entire map and able to zoom in without adjusting the scale) 2. Access to this website is going to be limited to specific users, so I want to use a Discord integration where the user must log into their Discord account and it checks if the user has a role in my personal discord, and if yes it proceeds into the actual site where the user is able to calculate. (Not sure how to do this part but I have seen it done on other websites in the past) Recap: What I can provide: 1. Math + Equations and graphs for references to program the calculator 2. Foxhole API Github files 3. I am friends with the developers so if you need specific clarification about the API they can provide the code. What I need from you: 1. A working website that can help users (without a math degree) do artillery in the game. 2. Discord integration for security. 3. Some design flair for marketing.
