Modifications to Joomla Website

I have a new website [login to view URL] I have installed a new Joomla Rockettheme (Oculus Theme) can be viewed here: [login to view URL] There is different styles and I want Preset # 7 applied to the website. I have also installed some Extensions: RokSprocket [login to view URL] RokGallery [login to view URL] RokBooster [login to view URL] RokAjaxSearch [login to view URL] RokFeatureTable [login to view URL] RokNavMenu [login to view URL] RokQuickCart [login to view URL] Listed below is the things I need done to the site and Im sure they are not in order but none the less they need done and is a part of this project. This website uses Gantry version 4 and I would like it to be upgraded to Version 5 providing the template I am using will allow it to be upgraded, that will be for you to find out. Each and every section will have a READ MORE icon and they must go to a new full page allowing for additional if needed. ALL pages must be able to format text the way I want when entering the content in the backend. I will take care of ALL editing of the pages (inside content). When making all the pages as listed below for each section of the menu options YOU MUST use the header label of each one such as,: whenever you click on services and then real estate and then you chose which one you go to and you make that content for 10 different ones they must Label “ Real Estate-Sample 1, Sample 2, Sample 3, ECT. This must be done for of the pages you will be making and then the content I will enter but you must also put the same info into the content page. This way I will be able to find each one and fill the content accordingly. Top Menu will have the following: Home Galleries with drop down for Photo, Video, 360 Panorama. Services with drop down for Real Estate and another drop down for 10 items, Inspections and another drop down for 15 items, Events and another drop down for 15 items, Construction and another drop down for 10 items, Marketing and another drop down for 10 items, Insurance and another drop down for 10 items, Other and another drop down for 10 items. About Us Contact Us Shop Legal Stuff and another drop down for 10 items FAQ The search Box on the top right needs to be RokAjaxSearch, verify to make sure. Company Logo will need to be inserted at top center. Login area needs to be deleted. In the body AREA top to the left: 1st position use two columns for inserting Photographs slideshow, below it, 2nd position use two columns for inserting Videos slideshow, in the 3rd position use two columns for inserting 360 Panorama slideshow. In the body area top to the right: 1st position use tab layouts (card theme) and insert 4 for photos and 4 for videos and 4 for panoramas. This will make up the total length from top to bottom, excluding the footer of the website. Insert at footer the logo to the bottom left contact info bottom center and Copyright © 2015 Drone Sky Vision, LLC bottom right. ROKQuickCart will be used for the shopping cart. When a person goes to shop I want the shopping cart at the top to have ROKFeatureTable inserted with 4 across tables and then the shopping cart can appear as default below it. ROKGalleryComponet is to be used to fill the remaining main page from the bottom of the last slide show down to the footer. The background template will need to change, I will provide that.
