I am a legal researcher and writer with 13 years of experience, including litigation research, brief writing, and treatise writing. With proficiency in Lexis and Westlaw, and a time zone difference which works to my clients' advantage, I provide litigation support from quick research questions to full memos to complete briefs, depending on the client's needs. In addition to patent law and intellectual property generally, my research and writing experience includes corporate securities, contract law, and an array of procedural issues, including both state and federal.
Publications I have co-authored and contributed to include “Patent Office Rules and Practice,” Vol. 1-13, Lexis Nexis Matthew Bender (2004-present), "Horwitz on Patent Litigation," Vol. 1-3 Lexis Nexis Matthew Bender (2008- present), and “Patent Litigation Client Handbook” Lexis Nexis Matthew Bender (2010).
