We are looking for a legal opinion confirming to us that we are not offering a security to the public. We have copies of extensive legal opinions of similar cases. You should be familiar with the Howey test and securities law. Prior legal opinions as well as a white paper description is available to ease workflow. Do note: Not looking for paralegal work / research, but a licensed legal opinion.
