I need to create an agent/distribution contract between my company (UVPRO,LLC) and a foreign company (Domo Appliances). The Domo will be responsible for distribution, advertising and sales of our product in Europe and Asia. The UVPRO will compensate upon receipt of the invoice the Domo for the initial setup, promotion, advertising and commission for the sales Domo appliances will be responsible for obtaining all the necessary certificates, permits and insurance for the region mentioned above I need this contract by the end of the day.
