I am seeking a freelancer who can provide me with immigration assistance for my current status in the United States. Specifically, my I-539 was denied because of the late filing even though it was due to the COVID situation, and my motion for reconsideration (I-290B) of the decision is pending. Now, I want to file a "Nunc Pro Tunc Request" or Motion for reinstatement of my status. I am seeking professional advice for my current questions. ex. Can we file the "Nunc Pro Tunc Request" or motion to my pending I-290B (motion for reconsideration) case? Can we file a separate "Nunc Pro Tunc Request" or motion because I already filed the motion for reconsideration? (and where to file the documents) and; Is there anything I can do in this situation? I can draft documents but I need advice to prepare for the documents. Ideally, the freelancer should have experience with immigration law and knowledge of the United States immigration system. Strong communication skills are also necessary as the freelancer will need to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
