FreePBX server setup and more existing configuration

Requirements; -- BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE in English. -- Be able to communicate on the web via hangouts/freelancer video and discuss details. (You must have a headset with a microphone.) -- Be able to convert/translate hangouts/freelancer discussion details into requirements and to do lists. -- Linux EXPERTISE -- Asterisk EXPERTISE. -- FreePBX v13 EXPERTISE (Sangoma) There will be additional work and future maintenance work to follow up for the correct candidate. PROJECT: PART 1: URGENT / IMMEDIATE Setup a new FreePBX server v13 and transfer existing setup from the current FreePBX server v12 (both are hosted by official, Sangoma partner, FreePBX hosting company) Transfer / reconfigure::>> Extensions Trunks Call Groups Existing on hold music, and announcements. (NO IVR) Endpoint manager setup for Grandstream phones. Setup::>> DIDs to different queues Setup users and correct extensions on the freePBX Setup few IVRs (recordings are ready) Set up intercom and announcement features on the system and Phones. We already have a FreePBX in active use, that we have installed and configured. We will replace this with a new one. -NO FX or FXO units. NO physical phone line. -all trunks are SIP/AIX, all extensions are SIP phones -all phones are Gransdream + gigaset, mostly GXP2130, GXP2140 -3 android based SIP clients. And X-lite for testing purposes. -We have around 20 users each user assigned to 2 or 3 extensions. -All extension settings are already on a spreadsheet ready to be setup. (tested working) -all phones deployed by endpoint manager automatically. Currently working. PART 2: If you are binning for the complete project inclusive of second part, Please include “dolphin” in the subject. This is split into two purely for speed purposes. We intend to get a the first part up and running within 24 hours and follow up with this part. (current server has software problems due to intrusion). Freelancers who will bid for the whole project PART1 + PART2 will be prefereed. - Create an installation script to configure Asterisk and FreePBX v13 on a blank CentOS x64 server. Script must take into consideration all security aspects, including iptables, fail2ban, HTTPS/SSL certificates, VPN to our office. You will need to do this on a test Digital Ocean server. I will perform all testing on a blank centos server. We use DigitalOcean CentOS VMs. We must be able to rebuild entire Asterisk/FreePBX server with your script and documentation. The second part Freepbx to be deployed on “digital ocean”server If we can find the right candidate this can be a regular maintenance and retainer fee based job for future.
