Hetzner Failover IP for Win Vms on Proxmox

I have a dedicated server on Hetzner. I have installed Proxmox and 2 Windows 2016 Sever Vms on it. They are reachable on ip forwarding on ports. They're reachable from RDP only. Now i want to bind 2 Failover ips from Hetzner to them. I have already build an interface for reaching them from Failovers but their rdp connection ip still is dedicated server's ip.
My project goal is configurating 2 Windows VMs on Debian - Proxmox only reachable from their Failover ip. For example from 1st Win16 server open Chrome and type "where is my ip" and any site would say your ip is Failover ip. not my dedicated server's default ip. And when connecting from rdp it shuld only connect from its Failover ip. We may need configure some firewall rules on Proxmox but i don't think it may needed.
