Install and configure LAMP stack + free cPanel alternative on Ubuntu 18.04

Looking for an experienced Ubuntu system admin to install and configure Apache, PHP, MySQL, PHPMyAdmin along with a free lightweight cPanel alternative on a Ubuntu 18.04 server running on an EC2 instance (Amazon AWS). This is a fresh clean installation of Ubuntu. I specified the term “ lightweight” as this server will only be running one top-level domain but there will also be a few sub-domains which will be used for development (creating future versions of the website). There are no email handling requirements as these are handled by Amazon SES for outgoing and Gmail for incoming. Also DNS will be handled by a third party provider so BIND is not required either. The delivered solution must be able to:- automatically create Let's Encrypt SSL certificates for each sub-domain. select version of PHP (5.6, 7.0, 7.1, and 7.2) on per sub-domain basis set-up individual FTP accounts per sub-domain. set-up individual MySQL users, password and databases. Freelancer will need to inform me of what ports to open as I believe different applications use different ports. Ports currently open are 22, 80 and 443. Freelancer should also state which cPanel alternative they are proposing to use.
