Linux Shell Scripting To Monitor Mount Point Space

We need a shell script written such that will monitor every 15 minutes the available space in the Mount Point. Currently Mount Point space has 100 GB. If Mount Point space drops below 25%, then two actions are needed :
A) Delete older trace files with extension *.trc
B) Email alert informing this event has taken place to Administrator
