I have setup a new VirtualMin and copied the virtual server backup over. It seems the db is not able to migrate over due to some utf8 issue. The Apache and Bind is not up. I need system administrator to fix this. My guess is that the dB need to reinstall same version as the old virtualmin. Pm me for more info
