This requirment for building web and Android based software which will handle all the sale through the point of sale android base machine. It will handle two type of product 1). Print able through machine 2). Notification based which will receive on admin panel which is based on the web. My requirement on admin panel is based on these manage customer / manage user/manage product through rate plan/rate plan/ add product pin/ set template/recharge history/inventory/profit summary/ notification/history of pin number. In addition, when customer print any product or send product notification so the balance on his account automatically deduct. Core Functional Specifications Android App for POS machine o Print Products (Top up recharge) Note: Client will provide SDK of POS machine Admin Panel (Web Based) o Manage Customer (Shopkeepers) Add Customer username/password/email/phone/rate plan Search Recharge o Manage Admin User Add user Username/password/email/phone/role set View User o Rate Plan Add Rate Plan plan name/ plan description (after creating rate plan then add product) o Manage Product Add Product Product name/set template detail/purchasing price/sale price/type mean 1 or 2 Template In a template, basic information which is print on the pos machine every time. And also, set product logo. We also set block based on product some product has serial number/user/pass or some product has only pin number so all these details set on when we enter the product 1st time Search Product Show products with edit option block product/active product/ delete product o Manage Product Pin number Add Pin Show all products in grid view click the product and enter the pin in list foam and also import from excel pin enters like this: serial – user – pass View Product Pin View/edit/delete o History of Pin Customer (Shopkeeper) all the pin shows there which pin print on which customer account. It's based on date wise show all the detail date and time wise. o Recharge History Where all customer recharge history show with date and time and it will save more than 10year. Every midnight 2.00am the date will change after recharge balance history show on next day time. It looks like this > today/previous day custom date. o Inventory Where all the product shows quantity base and if the quantity low so its auto send notification on admin panel and shows profit summary o Profit Summary Where all the profit shown by customer and date/ time/monthly/yearly o Notification Notification option there is show low quantity product and that product which send by the customer on quantity base like a massage. o Excel All the detail import or export on excel format and some of function have ability to export the data or some have import all these functions relate to excel format
