Logo and brand design

Hello, I am currently creating a non-profit organization in France, its name is "Esprit, Partage, Culture" (which means : Spirit (or mind), Sharing (in terms of human sharing), Culture). The aim of the organization is to disseminate knowledge on spiritual heritages of the world. Our programs will offer a wide panel of activities and will target different kind of publics : > travels in the world to discover spiritual heritages : could be on any religion / spirituality, we will meet and share with local communities, visit cultural cities, etc. > lectures, movie projections, shows, exhibitions , etc., on religions (history, culture, people, philosophy, etc.) > students exchanges programs / interfaith tours - anti-discrimination programs for schools Our organization is cultural and non religious, open to everyone. Knowledge and sharing experiences are the foundations. >>> More details useful for designing a visual identity & logo : - our organization is public and intends to be institutional (it's not a business) - we know that the majority of our public will be above 50 years old. Our visual identity should be a mix of tradition and modernity. - we will create departments according to the type of activities : travels (=culture + leisure), fight against discriminations (= education), cultural activities (=cinema, lectures, workshops, etc.). Each departement's name will start with the world "Esprit" (like the name of our organization). In french, Esprit (spirit) has several meanings : we use to talk about the mind, or spirituality, or ghost, intellect. Pretty much like in english. For exemple : The travel department's name will be : Tour d'Esprit (tour = a travel or a tower or a trick) For anti-discrimation deparment : Esprit Égalité For cultural department : Esprit culture Each department may need to have its own identity, but always visually related to the main organization. That's why I'm looking for a strong visual identity and an easily declinable logo.
