I want to browse websites on my local Mac computer with IP from my other Mac computer that is behind NAT and I can't port forward there. I don't really want to install any big programs on the gateway computer because it is very slow. A program that I can just double click (or run through cmd) to tunnel http/https data from my local computer in the background would be the best. I was thinking about writing a program to do this.

Easiest way to do it on a Mac would be to use SSH reverse port forwarding + SSH dynamic port forwarding. If you have a server, all we'll need to do is to ssh -R from PC behind NAT to forward its SSH to the server to make it visible to the public, then ssh -D from the second Mac to launch a SOCKS proxy. After that, it'll be as easy as just adding a proxy in your system settings/browser settings. I can work right away. It won't take too much time, I should finish it in a day.
