Magneto 2.1.9 to 2.2.1 - move data to clean install

We have a Magento 2.1.9 site with sales/customer data/etc that I'm looking to have moved to a clean install of Magento 2.2.1. I have 2.2.1 installed on a different subdomain and the theme (and extensions/plugins) configured as well. However, I'm running into issues when trying to migrate the data. For example, when cloning the 2.1.9 instance and updating the DB to 2.2.1 I get the attached error after running setup:upgrade. Hoping someone can help me with this migration! PLEASE NOTE: Under no circumstances will I be handing over SSH access. The last 4 freelancers I've used here have either broken the Production site or wiped it's database. I am happy to run whatever commands you need/want and will do so as quickly as possible. Furthermore, I am looking for a longer term partner to help with other Magento sites so will be more comfortable providing access after seeing smaller tasks completed without issue.
