1. Develop Criteria to assess potential manufacturers
2. Conduct Supplier Assessment (Technical, Financial etc) of the potential manufacturers
3. Assessment of the local Country Trade Regulation law
4. Assessment of quality raw materials
5. Review of the local Country Laws on Joint Ventures
6. Be part of the team for Supplier Evaluation and Qualification
