We want a complete business plan for a new small startup company specialized in cleaning products like degreasers, laundry products, toilet cleaning gels etc and window cleaning chemicals. We are planing in getting a product from Europe and distribute it in South East Asia mainly Malaysia. We want to start a business where we rent a place to store the imported products and we are planning to hire a team of two field sales people who can sell the products in the Malaysian Market. We want a clear business plan of how we can run the business and a forecast for the next 5 years of the business operations ad the growth. A simple market research must be conducted with resent updated data which is available easily over the net. You will need to cover all aspects from importing to distributing the product in Malaysia and Southeast Asia the Supply Chain and marketing sales etc we are planning to import one container of 10000 piece in a 20ft container that will arrive to Malaysia at 8RM and we are suggesting a recommended retail price of RM18.99 this product is unique and it is powerful and does not have harming chemicals in it. It almost cleans anything from car weals to clothing it is very powerful and effective so you will need to lift that point in the introduction part in the business and why it is important to sell it in Asia. This product can be used in the household and commercially for cleaning companies. Clear charts are required for the forecast and the growth and the sales sectors.
