Job description Roles and Responsibility: 1. Demand generation through outbound marketing activities, Identify clients from your region from several industries like, Engineering, textiles, retail, health care, others. 2. Prospect Identification, Nurturing & Closure of the contract. 3. Lead management in loop with discussion with potential clients. 4. New Business Acquisition only (No Account Management) 5. Introduce clients with Company services primary by email and phone, if needed also visit potential clients. 6. Enhancing and strengthening company Brand constantly. Requisite Experience: 1) Ideally 1 to 5 years of work experience in business development, Qualifications Required 1) Graduate/ MBA, Personal Traits: 1) Good Communication Skills, Soft Spoken, good with telephonic conversation. 2) Consulting back ground domain preferred, 3) Confident, Target Oriented, Enthusiastic. 4) Persuasive, approachable, professional, organised in work. 5) Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
