I need a marketing specialist

I am part owner of a micro-brewery in the Western Cape province of South Africa. We are in the process of expanding our footprint by installing draught beer taps in various bars and restaurants. We need to make sure that these restaurants sell at least 5 kegs of beer per month for our business plan to work, but at this stage our beer is not well known at all and there is lots of competition. We need to launch into the market with a well designed (but affordable) campaign to raise brand awareness. At the moment I am doing all our marketing materials and social media posting, but I feel as though I am flailing around without a clear idea of what I am doing or where I am going. I also don't have a lot of time to try to figure all of this out. I don't mind doing the work (designing posters, posting on social media, etc), if someone can just guide me on how to go about it so that it all 'works' together.
