writing 4 manuscripts from clinical study reports

We have conducted several clinical researches in OBGYN and clinical reports were already written. We would like to write 4 different manuscripts, but do not have the time to write them. We look for a medical writer who will be able to write the initial manuscripts, then we will edit initially to adapt to our needs - and then starts the whole array of re-editing, decisions upon the right journals, creation of the charts and table, etc. There will be a need for a short statistical work to combine/pool results from 2 clinical studies for the first manuscripts. We would like to have an idea of the assumed costs and time frames. Somehow, costs/h are written below which we do not necessarily adhere to. Thank you
