We need ongoing tech support for various issues and here are the current ones. Must havethe ability to remote on to our PC to troubleshoot and correct issues. Depending on how quickly and permenantly the issues are fixed, we be rehire for ongoing support on as needed bases.
Current issues to fix:
On Outlook: "internet Security Warning. The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified. The tartget principal name is incorrect. View Certificate. Do you want to continue using this server?"

Your issue is either a MS Outlook issue which takes me 2 minutes to solve, or could be server side issue which would be more complex.
