To post to facebook user will need to log in, but I guess you already know that. I have integrated facebook sdk into other applications and made login/posts available. As for photo framing these are the steps: Take a photo -> Calling device camera from app. Edit photo -> Create canvas in application that allows to rotate, scale and etc. Put a frame on it -> I assume there are predefined frames as images (.png probably) that you choose from. Apply second image on top of photo in canvas. Post to facebook(on button click obviouslly) -> Save file from canvas (modified final version) into device memory and then post it once user logged in. Should take less then 20 days, if no problems occur and little or no modifications has to be made I would see it as 5 days project.
