I need an IOS app that will provide 3 main functions. The main function is the use a of a map where users can place annotations for bird sightings they have seen. They need to be able to insert information about these sightings such as bird specie, maturity, gender. These annotations then need to stored and be visible for other users to see. Other users need to be able to see all these annotations and have the option of showing directions on how to get to this specific location. Secondly I would like a database for users to search for bird species where users would be able to see their recent locations that other users have spotted through adding annotations. Thirdly I want users to be able to subscribe to bird species they are interested in so that when someone has spotted a bird, everyone who is subscribed to that species of bird will receive a notification, and will subsequently be able to see its location on the map. Project does not have to be complex as it is only a school project.
