Build a app for Chefs (iOS & Android)

Build a app for Chefs. (iOS and Android) Hello Freelancer , I already have a app for chefs published but i lost time to work on it. I need someone who is able to build the app new from scratch, develope it on the app store and google play store and everything which is need. The app has to be on all stores world wide for a price of $4.99 The app requirements The app needs to work totaly offline ! no login , registration or anything else need for users !! If you open the app you will see a splash screen with the app logo and instantly after that you are in the main menu. The Main menu contains a search bar in the middle header , an + sign on the right header to add new recipes and a recipies list with names on the body. The recipes list contains all recipies someone added on his app. and are orderd by alphabetical name. If you want to search a recipe you simply type the word you are looking for in the search bar and a fast and advanced search will filter the list below with the words or letters you are looking for. Add a recipes If you click on the + sign you are in the editor to add a recipes. There you have following Boxes to enter your text Name : ( contains the recipe name wich can be searched in the search bar) Indridients: ( contains the indridiens and wheigt specifics ) for example. 300g Butter 250g sugar and so on Notes : (contains notes as cooking method , ofen temprature and so on ) add picture function: ( you need to be able to add Pictures to the recipe. ) if you click on add picture you will get acess to the camera and add pictures. if you have done this all you can save the recipe. If for example something stays empty. like no notes. It will automaticly delete the note section later when you open the recipe. Same for pictures if you dont add a picture this is also not seend later. You can always edit the recipe if you open it and go on edit. and you can also delet a recipe by open it and pressing delet recipe ( delet a recipie need to have a confirm after pressing on delete) I want a cool chef related logo ! the name for the app is Chefsbook The desing needs to be cool fresh modern and timeless ! I do not hire any autobidder !!!
