build Apple care kit application

Looking for IOS system run on three frames Apple watch, iPhone, and a website or an iPad. iPhone App 1-The iPhone app will be build using Apple care kit framework. 2-the user can access the app with user name and password to access his/her account. The app will contain 4 care kit cards with tab bar icons at bottom. At the top the name of the opened card can show at top A- Care Card 1)Contain list of different type of exercises assigned to the patient (user) with massage show how long each exercise should be ,how many times a day and the required heart rate value the patient should achieve B- Tracker Card 1) Contain the exercises list and with clicking on the exercise a page of each exercise can be open that show a. the summary of the exercise performance (Heart rate min-max-average, number of steps, amount of calorie burned in the exercise and time spend on the exercise ) can be taken from Apple health kit C-Insight Card 1) Show overall performance compliance bar of the user in the week and encouraging message if the compliance is low. D- Connect card show dr contact number call and massage them and send them the performance report Watch app 1- Show fixed exercise list 2- The user will select the appropriate exercise based on the prescription in the application 3- Then start and end button to start and end the exercise Dr iPad app or website 1-Show patient list 2- access each patient account and observe the patient performance for each exercise (min, max and average heart rate, number of calories burned and number of steps taken) 3-dr can modify the prescribed exercise for each patient
