Build a IOS and ANDROID APP

SO YOU ONLY GET PAID ONCE THE APP IS FINISHED AND ITS SATISFACTORY (we can work on minor corrections) ChapChapp This is an app that converts your phone into a Point Of Sale. It’s not to be confused as a mobile wallet since its main purpose is to help you PAY FIRST FAST. This app is like having a cashier in your pocket. No longer do you have to queue on long lines just to buy 2 or less item, all you have to do is just use ChapChapp and you’re in and out the store even before the slide doors close. You don’t have to ask someone to hold your space in line or know someone who knows someone who knows another someone related with the store manager to skip the line and get served ASAP, you just have to know ChapChapp. How to use ChapChapp • Pick the item you intend to purchase • Walk to designated ChapChapp section of the store • Scan the barcode/s of the item/s • Press checkout on the button and show persons at exit your GREEN go screen on your phone from the app Features Starter Pack – can only use the app in signed account state/cardholder region with a maximum of limit of $75 a day (ID required to sign up) Emperor Pack – at least 6 months use of the app minimum and is allowed ot use the app around 5 neighboring states of official signed account Pharaoh Pack – pays a premium pack of $500 annually and must have good credit score standing and can use it in any place in the country (SSN and ID required to sign up) You'll be required to sign a ND non-disclosure if hired. I need an IOS and adnroid app capable of the named functions. I will also require you to build a database more details if you understand the concept and Happy bidding
