Build a lidar 3D scaning 3D app for foot scanning

We are looking for a developer with previous experience to build a 3D scanning device using Lidar technology on an iPad 12 + or iPhone 12 +. We would also like to look at the ability for an android tablet with a Lidar camera attachment to also scan the foot in 3D. We would like to integrate to using a Filemaker Pro application to take the scan and notes. You need to show that you have experience in delivering an App of similar requirements to be considered for the project.
